Welcome to the Camerieri's new home. We move in November 29th and could not be more excited. This house answers all our prayers, even some of the smallest details! God is so good.
Answers to prayers....
1. More for less- This house is 2000 sq ft for less of a payment than our tiny 1200 ranch in Wickliffe. Even the property taxes are a little bit lower!
2. Master suite- even though it is a split level house, there is still a master bath!
3. great school district- in concord twp, but attend mentor schools
4. Close to restaurant and shopping and family- and boy is it ever close to all of the above!
5. Big yard, good bones- the house itself has great potential, good bones leave plenty of room for home improvement projects, and if you know Mike and I we THRIVE on home improvement projects! But what is nice is that we aren't in any rush to get a ton of things done, over the next few years we shall transofrm this unique house into a camerieri dream house!
6. we will be in for the holidays, thanksgiving we are in wickliffe and christmas in concord, so no actual disruption of holidays for the girls.
All of these things seem small and insignificant, but to our family it is huge. We have definitely seen God's hand guiding our path during this home process! Thank you Jesus!
